The Andamans Conservancy Foundation (ACF) seeks to create a secure workplace for all its employees free from any discrimination as part of its objective to conserve the Environment in the Andaman Archipelago. ACF has constituted a complaint committee to address and settle any complaints including sexual harassment of its employees, associates, affiliates and partners, protection and safeguards for children, reporting unethical practises and data protection and privacy.

ACF has a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, and sexual exploitation and abuse of its employees, affiliates, partners, and the various stakeholders that ACF works with and for.
